New returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and 2 way freight charges.
Transmissions that have been installed and/or used are not returnable.
Warranty coverage is not available for any unit with an outstanding balance.

Our Gold No Fault Warranty covers the first time non-manufacturing responsible defect for the unit value and installation labor up to 3-years/100,000-miles. Coverage includes labor reimbursement up to $100 per hour, towing up to $100, rental up to 10 days at $35 per day, and fluid replacement up to $50. (2-years/24,000 vehicles over 1-ton)
